Friday’s Quote

There is nothing I hate more than when I am staring down the same problem, or worse yet, a different problem that looks eerily similar to the first problem. At first glance, you might be saying “Not me,” but I encourage you to write down a few of your problems before you proclaim “Not me!”

Start with a few classic problems and see if any of them resonate as a “last year problem”: career, finance, health/weight, relationships, family, stress, unhappy, or goals? I can check a few of those boxes for sure, what about you? Does this mean we aren’t successful?

No, it does not mean that at all as long as we don’t accept that as our new normal. Circle all of your problems that have been around for over a year (be honest) and vow to fix them. Seriously, get help if needed. Hire a coach or barter with a friend, but get accountable on this thing! As my dear “sweet” Dad would have said to all of us “Well it’s about d@mn time!” ðŸ˜‰ Thanks, Harry!

Happy Friday!
Beth
