It’s All About The Plan

Can you do 1,000 push ups? No? Neither can I. If you wanted to do 1,000 push ups, how would you go about it?

My guess is that you would start training. Today you might only execute 1 push up, but it would be a start. You’d likely make a plan, too, right? You’d make a schedule of your daily routine until the plan had you executing 1,000 push ups. And there might even be a time when you couldn’t keep up with this aggressive plan, so you would alter the plan until it was more realistic. But all along the way 1,000 push ups would be the target even though, at first glance, 1,000 push ups would seem unrealistic and maybe even impossible.

I doubt you are pining for the capacity to do 1,000 push ups, but you are pining for something, right? What is it? Seriously, what is it? It’s just a matter of exercising your muscles—literally or figuratively. It’s as simple as making a plan and executing the plan day by day. Each day you put in the work, you get stronger. Come on!!! Make the plan. You can do this!

With Gratitude,
Beth
