When someone discovers that I am a coach, without fail, the barrage of questions begin. I actually love the onslaught because there is no greater joy for me then to talk shop! So, with that being said, I am going to mix things up a bit in my format.

Wednesdays will now be Q&A days. If you have a coaching question, email me directly: beth@fitzgeraldlifecoaching.com. All questions will be anonymous unless you state otherwise. Even then, I will only use first names.

Here’s what’s important: most people won’t ask a question because they are embarrassed that they’ll look stupid in front of the crowd. The TRUTH is, that if you are curious about something, so are many others. Be brave and courageous and ASK! What do you have to lose? Absolutely nothing! It’s anonymous for goodness sake!
