Fear Always Has A Message

What do you fear right now? Is it something with work or at home? Sometimes we make fear-based decisions and other times fear simply causes a mental paralysis and we make no decision at all. Regardless of which one we choose, neither are truly helpful.

What if you were able to use this fear to your benefit? Our amygdala produces fear for good reason: it’s there to ensure survival. It’s reflex is to keep you safe. So if that is its purpose, let’s take a closer look and see if we can reap the benefit.

Imagine that this uncomfortable feeling of fear actually has the answer you are looking for. Sure, it will be scary, but you need to have a 1-on-1 with fear; face to face. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable and ask “What are you trying to tell me that my safety and survival depends on it?” Fear always has a message but not every fear is real. Use it for your greater good.

With Gratitude,
Beth
