Motivational Monday!

Yesterday, my friend Terry and I had the greatest pleasure of presenting our 8th Finding Your Purpose workshop. Six brave souls committed the whole day to exploring their purpose. Who does that? Most people want a quick answer but that isn’t how one finds their purpose—or more people would surely be living it.

One of the analogies we shared was the fear-regret predicament. When it comes to purpose, you can choose to surrender to fear, but then you must stare regret in the face. Or, you can turn your back on regret, but then you must go face-to-face with fear. They are not great options, but when it comes to purpose, they are your only two!

It would seem as though one is between a rock and a hard place here except that regret is permanent—fear is not. Fear can seem rather daunting until you begin weighing it against regret. Fear is scary but regret is heavy—really heavy. So which will you choose? Your purpose is waiting.

With Gratitude,
Beth
