How Will I Get There?

What is your limiting belief? What do you believe about yourself that is holding you back? We all have limiting beliefs and most of them aren’t necessarily true. Do you feel like you are trying to attain a goal, but sadly, each day, you don’t feel like you are getting any closer? And when you are at that frustrating point, what negative comment do you say to yourself? Do you say, “I’ll never get there. I don’t have what it takes. I’m not smart enough. Why do others have it so easy?” Thoughts like that are your limiting beliefs.

We all have limiting beliefs and sometimes we slip into a negative space and those thoughts become overwhelming, leaving the empowering thoughts no where to be found. Today, I want you to think of one limiting thought you have had about what you want to do or where you want to be in the future. Now, instead of asking yourself, “Can I really imagine myself there,” ask yourself, “How will I get there?”

Limiting beliefs are our thoughts and opinions that we believes to be the absolute truth—but these thoughts and opinions aren’t necessarily true! And they have a negative impact on our lives by stopping us from moving forward and growing on a personal and professional level. Today, challenge that belief! Tell it, “You’re not true! I am so much stronger and more resilient then you give me credit for.” Begin the day with, “How WILL I get there?” Believe in you! It’s a great first step!

With Gratitude,

Beth
