Today’s quote is not about religion, it’s about how we choose to put our foot forward in this world daily. I could argue the world is not as kind as it used to be and I could also argue it is kinder, but the answer would be irrelevant. It’s not about how the world presents itself to us, it’s about how we choose to present ourselves to the world.

As you read the quote, did you say like I did, “I am kind”? I am sure you are kind, as am I, but ask yourself this question, “Can I be kinder?” On a scale of 1-10, are you bringing a 10 of kindness out into the world? Are you Dalai Lama kind? I have some work to do, maybe you do too. The good news is, being more kind has to be a good thing for everyone, including me!
