Step On A Crack

Do you remember walking to school when you were a kid and you “weren’t allowed” to step on the cracks? My friends and I used to proclaim, “Step on the crack, breaks your momma’s back,” but the truth was, it would bring bad luck! Do you remember that?

OK, if truth be told, I still try to avoid stepping on the cracks! I know, that’s crazy, right? That’s the unfortunate result of limiting beliefs that we store deep inside ourselves. We have thousands of these beauties tucked away and they surface every single day, like a bad penny, and hold us back from success in one way or another. And what’s even sadder is that we don’t even notice. It’s like there is a huge cinderblock wall between us and success and we can’t even see it.

I can’t unlock your limiting beliefs in this short blog post, but I can do two things that will help. First, start noticing ALL of your limiting beliefs. A limiting belief is a state of mind or belief about yourself that restricts you in some way. They often start with words like, “I’m not,”” I don’t,” or “I’ll never.” The more you notice, the more you can ask yourself, “Is that really true about me?” Second, you and I can eliminate any one of these beliefs in one session using an energy technique called EFT. Jim Kwik calls EFT, “A superhero tool for people’s minds and their life to get a greater level of productivity, performance, and positivity.” Email me and use the code SUPERHERO to get 30% off a one-time energy session. It’s a total game-changer!
