Why Buy the Lamborghini?

I officially moved into my apartment in August 3rd, 2022. Since that time, I have seen this car in our parking deck haphazardly wrapped in plastic. My iterative thinking has come up with numerous explanations as to why this beautiful and expensive car never sees the light of day. Btw, there are other cars in this parking deck that have car covers as well, but they come and go.

What is this car owner afraid of? Why buy the Lamborghini (or whatever it is) if you are so risk averse that the car never gets to do what a car does best—drive! At some point, if he or she isn’t willing to take any risks, then why buy the car? If you owned that car, what would you do? Would you safeguard, protect, and bubble wrap this fabulous asset from the possibility of a ding, all the while robbing yourself of the joy of driving this car, or would you jump behind the wheel and take her for a spin? I truly hope the latter!

Here is the truth—we don’t think we have anything in common with this car owner but we do! WE are the Lamborghini and we have done exactly what this car owner has done—wrapped ourselves up in proverbial bubble wrap and parked ourselves in a corner so there will never be ding! But guess what? Our risk averse behavior has robbed us of so much! We are safe, for sure, but we are that sad car, haphazardly wrapped in plastic that never gets to hit the road. It’s sad for the car and it’s sad for us. Today, the bubble wrap gets tossed! Today we hit the open road and ENJOY LIFE! Stop playing it so safely! You know exactly what you should be doing, and it’s not this!

Let’s GO! WE GOT THIS!

PS Feel free to tell me what kind of car this really is, I have no idea.
