It’s A New Day!

Last night we were watching the very last episode of The Office with our eldest daughter. If you’ve never watched this comedy show, the premise for the show is that a film crew has been given permission to film a documentary depicting the everyday work lives of office employees at the fictional paper company, Dunder Mifflin, in Scranton, PA.

When the documentary airs 9 years later, the employees get to see their lives essentially relived before their eyes. Pam, one of the main characters, says, and I am paraphrasing, “When I watch how I acted, I wish I would have done things differently. I would have moved faster, embraced life and all the possibilities that were right there in front of me.”

What would you and I do differently if we could go back 9 years? What happened in the last 9 years that you know could have been better? It’s not too late, you know. Today is a new day. I would simply encourage all of us to give that question some serious thought—What would I do differently? And why wouldn’t I start now

Let’s GO! WE GOT THIS!
