The Elevator to Success

Do you want to be successful? Have you ever taken the time to map out your career? Have you laid out exactly who you are as a person, what you want to achieve, what is your ultimate dream career, and how you are going to achieve it? If your answer is, “No,” then you’re a part of the majority, for sure. But as the saying goes, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” Thank you, Benjamin Franklin.

And career mapping is just the first thing we cover in my Emerging Leaders Development Program. Would you like to create a presence that increases your exposure and allows your voice to be heard, especially now that we are almost entirely online? Would you like to learn how to handle difficult conversation with ease? Heck, we all need that at work AND at home! How about leveraging your power—are you successfully putting your power to good use so that it can have a positive effect on your team. And then there is fear. Is fear holding you back from the success you not only want, but deserve. Fear is a huge hurdle we all need to work on overcoming both professionally as well as personally.

If any of this resonates with you, I strongly encourage you to sign up for my 6-week class that begins next Tuesday night (May 25th) at 6pm. Each week we meet virtually for 1-hour to dive deeply into all these topics and more. I have received rave reviews on the content of this class from recent grads all the way up to senior execs. If you want to improve yourself and change the trajectory of your career, I strongly encourage you to sign up. Enrollment ends THIS SATURDAY! What are you waiting for? The time is now. Let’s GO! We got this!

“The elevator to success is out of order. You’ll have to use the stairs…one step at a time.” Joe Girard

With Gratitude,

Beth
